    1. Hi Jon,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am very sorry to hear that your Moissanite Tennis Bracelet has broken. You can send this to the store’s customer service:

“I am contacting you regarding a Moissanite Tennis Bracelet purchased in [Month] 2025. The bracelet has broken and requires replacement under warranty.

      Product Details:

      Stone: 3mm Moissanite (.1 ct, Color D)

      Warranty/GRA ID: 3044 7485

I have attached photos of the break and the GRA certificate. Could you please provide the procedure for a warranty replacement or repair?”
